What is Prior Acts Coverage (Retroactive / Nose Coverage)?

Prior Acts Coverage (Retroactive / Nose Coverage) provides coverage for those claims arising from incidents that take place after the retroactive date and prior to the date the policy became effective with the Company.  The initial retroactive date will impact the rating of a policy based on the years of claims-made policy maturity.
