Having joined the Agency in 2002, Kay came to us with over 10 years of experience in the professional liability industry. As a former Health Division Managing Director for another agency, she developed important relationships with retail brokers that continue to provide fruitful coverage options for our insured policyholders. In addition to managing medical malpractice policies, she oversees much of the agency’s business relating to physicians billing errors and omissions, employment practices liability, and directors & officers policies.
